Good morning Brian,

It has been a while since the gutter guard was installed but we just had our first storm of only 13 millimetres this week and I would like to say what a great improvement over the old plastic system we had.
With the Gutter Knight Aluminium Mesh installed I have noticed a greatly reduced amount of vegetation staying up on the roof. As you know we live in a rural environment and with the old system I had to manually clean the roof every 4 weeks. But now very little stays on the roof. This is a great bonus as it reduces a possible fire hazard, but now lets me have more time to do the things I like, instead of cleaning off the roof.
As we do not have town water, we rely on our rain water for everything and with the old system I had to clean out the leaf traps once every half hour while it was raining as it would fill up with vegetation and block rain water from going into the water tank. This is now a thing of the past, only a small amount, about 5% if that, compared with the old system, making it into the leaf traps.
I would like to say that Gutter Knight is the best value for money investment and piece of mind improvement I have made to our home. Your professional team did a wonderful job, their honesty and dedication to perfection in fixing the little faults with my guttering while installing the system was greatly appreciated. That workmanship has given me more rainwater into my tank and a great piece of mind knowing I will not have any gutter issues for a long long time. And after they had finished, you couldn't even tell they had been there.
I would like to say thank you to you and your team for a fantastic job. I am more than happy to refer you to all our family and friends. Again thanks for a wonderful job.

I just wanted to drop you a line to give you an overview of a recent experience that I had with your business, and unfortunately one of your competitors.

I have had some issues with my roof in recent times, we have found mould on both the eaves and inside our house on the living room roof, both I assumed to be due to leaks in our roof, I contacted a number of companies to come out and provide a quotation and hopeful resolution for the issues that we were experiencing.

The first contractor didn’t even return my call, another missed 3 set appointments with me then showed up when I wasn’t there, after a number of calls he sent a quotation through to me for a full roof restoration and didn’t even mention resolving the issues that we had raised. I then rang Gutterknight and spoke to David. (and I admit I was pretty sceptical) We went through the issues, I explained my concerns and organised for a site visit, Your installer showed up at the meeting on time, then spent a further 30 minutes trying to find out what my concerns where and then inspected the roof, and provided a verbal brief on the issues to me. I received a quotation the next day ( first quote from the previous contractor was $ 4300 ) your cost to rectify the leaks and recap and repair the affected areas was only $980.00. I accepted the quote and the work was completed within 4 days of acceptance of the quote. The installer was extremely professional, and completed the job in a timely manner and honestly exceeded both my wife and my expectations.

Your business offered me a prompt, efficient, reliable and most importantly an honest review of my roof and issues uncovered, For this I can’t compliment you or your team enough, Thank you, and I hope that your business continues to grow. Hi Brian.
the Body Corporate committee would like to thank Gutter Knight for a painless quoting process and subsequent install.

For 10 years, our townhouse complex (consisting of 19 x 3 bedroom units) has paid approximately $5000 p.a. for gutter cleaning. Due to the volume and proximity of trees in the area, the complex has experienced years of water ingress due to gutters overflowing, so we looked for a year round solution - gutter guards!

The owners now look forward to years of protection from the Gutter Knight installation, and enjoy lower Body Corporate fees as we do not have to retain the regular gutter cleaning - no more blocked drains!
